Job Description
• Managing Business Volumes and Development of DSA Channel for north geography. Handling a Team of RSM’s and State Heads across Location for DSA Vertical.
• Key Role is to Ensure Profitable Growth and Revenue Generation Through Planning and Execution
• Identify Potential Locations and Develop a Network of Channel Partners across Region.
• Formulating and Implementing Location specific Strategies and Product Offerings including Pricing.
• Handling a Team of On-roll Staff with Channel Network DSA’s.
• Portfolio consists of both Salaried and Self-Employed Customers
• Responsible for delivering End to End TAT and Better Experience for Customers. Same is ensured by Driving and Monitoring the Digital Journey and Constantly sharing Feedback with Product and Support Functionaries.
