- To take responsibility pertaining to the profitability of the location
- To fetch retail business with the help of assigned ASMs using the natural market and the leads provided by the call center
- To meet clients and to oversee the entire process of lending starting from getting the paper work done till disbursement
- To take onus for the hygiene factor and business health of the location
