Roles and Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

DEPARTMENT: Underwriting

LOCATION: Mumbai

QUALIFICATION: CA/MBA Preferred

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years into Lending Business

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Central Underwriting resource will manage the Vendors, IT Error, Audit, & Processes. They would review the existing processes & Policy and do the discussion with Branch underwriters on the challenges that they are facing in day to day operation.

Note: seeking someone with Multiple products underwriting experience.

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vendor management

Managing the Audit related matter and Interaction with Internal & Concurrent auditor.

Resolving system related issues.

Reviewing the existing Process and Policy. Interaction with Policy, Risk & Collection team.

Preparing & Reviewing Dashboard.

Regular Discussion with Branch team for their feedback.

Implementation new policy & Processes.

Preparing SOPs.

Support in Bug fixing and handle development Issues.

Preparing & Analyzing Data.

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

MS-Excel/ PowerPoint.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience in “Business Rule Engine” tools and methodology would be an added advantage.
