The company was a pioneer and leader in the Indian e-payments industry managed merchant transactions for acquiring banks as well as credit card issuers and large loyalty programs. They divested the company to a large European IT Services Company in 2010. By then, Venture Infotek was the market leader in e-payments processing with a 40% share of all India card volumes.

NeoGrowth offers an innovative loan product highly suited for the Retail and SME businesses. NeoGrowths philosophy is not to just lend, but to build a business relationship which translates to a win-win business engagement with their customers. NeoGrowth gives loans against future credit card and debit card sales to retailers. Having piloted the product in 2012-13, NeoGrowth has launched commercial operations in Mumbai, Bengaluru , Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad and plans to expand to other markets in India shortly.
NeoGrowth has recently launched its new offering, NeoCash Online, designed exclusively for online sellers on e-commerce marketplaces and retailers selling online through independent portals.NeoGrowth also has strategic tie-ups with Flipkart and Snapdeal for financing online sellers on their respective marketplace platforms.
All of this is managed on NeoGrowths in-house technology platform, AdvanceSuite. The platform is tailored to meet the unique requirements of NeoGrowths innovative loan products. It manages the entire loan portfolio of NeoGrowth from lead generation, workflow, deal timeline to closure. It enables seamless enterprise wide workflow integration, automated tracking, robust risk management, reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
NeoGrowth has developed a proprietary underwriting model where loan applicants are scored basis hundreds of data points all generated digitally. Loans get approved within 3-4 days, and a new pilot is underway for a 30 minute approval process. NeoGrowth collects and generates huge volumes of data which is used to back test and refine scorecards, and NeoGrowth also scores each and every account in its portfolio for risk every single day.
NeoGrowth has experience in disbursement and management of loans to small businesses across various categories such as restaurants, apparel, CDIT, footwear, petrol pumps, health & beauty, groceries, pharmacies etc. Customers have liked the product very much, and this is evidenced by a renewal rate of over 85%. It is this customer loyalty which separates NeoGrowth from most other lenders. While the company is a little more than 2 years old in commercial operations, it has customers in a 4th, and in some cases a 5th cycle of lending already.

ROLE
The position involves generating business for existing Merchants through relationship and DSA network for the Renewal function in NeoGrowth.

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidate will be Masters in Business Management, aged 30-35 with 10+ in a NBFC/Bank handling the Sales / Relationship from micro to very large size loans to retailers, merchants and small business enterprises. Our product is targeted at Merchant & retail establishments. Responsibilities from the role will be:

1. To grow existing retail loan business and achieve thetargeted loan book size.
2. To increase the productivity in terms of value and count of loan disbursals as a team.
3. To optimize the cost of merchant acquisition per disbursal.
4. To increase the income from each merchant acquisition.
5. Maintaining relationship withDSA / Channel partners & DSTs on a continuous basis to generatedesired business
6. Should have direct experience in working out & negotiating commercial agreements.
7. Ensuring basic business quality parameters such as TAT, Lead Management etc maintained by the team
8. Ensuring basic Sales Process in the team by imparting continuous Product and Process training for the front end team, setting individual Sales Target and Monitoring regular productivity etc
9. Recruitment and Training of team,
10. Experience in designing incentive plans, motivational programmes and engagement activities.
11. Accountable for the profitability of the region and productivity of team members
12. Exposure to fraud prevention and detection
13. Coordinating with collection department in resolving non starters and delinquency cases.
14. Incorporating various check-points within the sales process of the team to ensure quality sourcing by the team ensuring acquisition of quality assets.
15. Travel to assigned locations for monitoring performance and meeting Merchants

Qualification & Experience
MBA from a pedigree college (1st class throughout) 15-40 rank institution.
10 to 15 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC out of which atleast 5 to 7 years of retail business loan selling is a must.
