Job Description

Plan Organize and Schedule Corporate Induction for New joiners
Plan, Organize, Schedule and deliver regular Functional Induction for Sales new joiners within TAT
Identify knowledge & skill gaps (Functional) for Sales Teams and ensure gaps are filled by delivery of suitable training intervention
Design and develop functional(product/process) modules, as required
Create and Update Process Documents, Training Material, Databases & Trackers
Co-ordinate with Product, Business Excellence and Sales Strategy teams for new product launches /process change etc. and train the Sales teams accordingly
Design Functional Training Calendar (Monthly) and manage delivery as per schedule
Ensure training invitation, participation and attendance monitoring and record keeping
Work on productivity improvement plan with Sales Supervisors to support Customer Acquisition Mangers (CAMs) achieve their Goals/targets
Stringent follow up on the action plan to measure tangible results in productivity improvement of CAMs
Be up to date with knowledge on company products, processes and thoroughly understand file lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement
Design & implement the Training Assessment/Feedback Forms and measure training effectiveness for all training delivered
Implement immediate course correction based on feedback from key Stakeholders, participants and Head HR
Work on MIS Data for training to be presented to Management on monthly basis
Support Management of online training portal (LMS) ID activation, Deactivation, Functional Module uploads, Mandatory compliance module tracking etc.
Identify Industry best practices and recommend suggestion for improvements

Required Candidate profile

Required skill set-
Candidates working in NBFC or BFSI (Bank/Insurance/Broking)handling secured or unsecured business loan will be preferred
Proven Record in content development and delivery of Functional Training
Ability to document process steps and create training material
Willing to travel to deliver training
Must possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill to deal with complex situations
Confident and Mature to handle business interactions with Functional Heads and CXOs
Must be able to manage and deliver under pressure
Proficient in PowerPoint and working knowledge of other MS Office Apps (Word, Excel& Outlook)
Energy, Enthusiasm & Positive Attitude
Ability to take accountability & work with minimum supervision
Desire to learn new things and implement learnings for improved results
